The first collaboration event between BWA and the Student Windsurfing Association!

A combination of wave competition and intermediate to advanced manoeuvre oriented training for students and those who have recently been students. A dedicated student only event with a maximum of 24 places being offered.

The Event will be supported by BWA and Wild Diamond Watersports.

Coaching will be made available to help a capped number (up to 24) of ‘would be wave sailors’ to move their windsurfing up to the next level and get them sailing in waves for the first time (conditions allowing!).

Training will also be offered for the more advanced who can already wavesailing, on how to successfully compete in wavesailing events.

The SWA Wave Jam 2026 (in association with BWA & Wild Diamond Watersports) is a ‘Fixed Dates’ event. Competitors can gain points towards being crowned as ‘student wave champ 2026’! There will be mens and women’s fleet awards.
