Operating from this location gives this event the opportunity to run from an exclusive ‘beach club’ location on the south coast of England.
The 2XS Wave Classic 2026 is a ‘Roll Over’ event which for 2026 will count towards the UK tour titles.

THE 2XS WAVE CLASSIC 2026 IS A ‘ROLL OVER’ EVENT

2XS Rippers/Future Pros Training Camp to be delivered for this event in conjunction with Simon Basset, 2XS & West Wittering Beach Club.
Minimum Skill level is competent waterstarting and basic carve gybing.
Minimum number for the camp to run are 6 with a maximum of 12. Suitable for age 10-17 inclusive. Planning upwind in small waves - you provide own gear.
Limited hire gear available @50% off 2XS daily hire rate.
The camp runs from 10am - 4pm on Saturday and Sunday of the event.
Please bring food, drinks. Winter wetsuits advised -impact vests - helmets - dry warm clothes, beanies, gloves, warm winter jackets.
You will need a range of sail sizes depending on conditions…
Coaching will cover: Rig and board tuning, sailing in waves, faster planning, jumping, riding waves, contest areas, judging, understanding contests. (Depending on student's ability, jumping and riding can be adjusted to skill level )
Some of the top UK riders will drop in on the course throughout the event .

The West Wittering Wave Classic 2026 is a ‘Roll Over’ event which for 2026 will count towards National English Titles and the UK tour titles.

A roll-over event accounts for the unpredictable nature of wind conditions. If windsurfing conditions are unsuitable during the initial scheduled weekend, the event automatically rolls over to the backup dates. This ensures competitors and spectators enjoy the best possible windsurfing conditions for high-quality performances and safety.
